From Insider to Independent Consultant

I started at Google in 2002, reviewing ads for policy compliance before moving into training and client troubleshooting. I then joined two colleagues forming Google’s first optimization team—a function that didn’t exist yet. We developed strategies to improve underperforming accounts and built frameworks that became industry standards. That experience gave me an insider’s understanding of how Google Ads works—how the algorithm prioritizes campaigns, what drives Quality Score, and what delivers results.


I launched my consultancy in 2009 and have spent the past 20+ years working with businesses across industries and stages of growth.
